★ GENERAL INFO
My shop is located in Poland and I ship worldwide. Please be sure that your order will be handled with utmost care and shipped as soon as possible. All my items are packed and shipped very carefully, so you can trust me that your order will be safely & securely delivered to anywhere in the world. As soon as your item will be shipped you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email. The message will contain a parcel tracking link (if possible). I offer two types of shipping options: economy & priority, so you can choose which one suits you best. Remember that standard delivery method is the economy and all ordered items will be shipped using that method unless you clearly indicate that you want to upgrade to priority shipping. The delivery time depends mainly on your chosen method of shipment and your location (distance). Please remember that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Sometimes the package could be taking longer to be delivered than pointed out below. Please note that the delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, bad weather etc. Be advised that I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items after delivery. I am also not responsible for any item held by customs. As a buyer, you must be aware of your country's individual laws regarding imports. I use the following carriers to deliver our orders:(USPS, FeDex, EMS,GLS & DPD). Please send me your phone number for easy delivery.
★ PROCESSING TIME
Usually, the order processing time is one to three business days.
★ SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Usually, purchased items are being shipped via economy shipping. It normally takes from 1 to 12 business days for an order to arrive. Availability of economy shipping depends on the country of destination.
Below you can find estimated delivery times for economy shipping:
• USA & Canada 6-7 business days,
• Europe - EU countries 1-8 business days,
• Europe - non-EU countries 2-9 business days,
• Australia & New Zeland 8-10 business day
• All other countries 5-12 business days,
If you wish to speed up the delivery, you can choose the priority shipping. It normally takes from 1 to 9 business days for an order to arrive worldwide (but in most cases it’s max 6 business days). Priority shipping always includes an international tracking number, so you can track your parcel. Please email me for an exact shipping quote before buying, so that I will try to work out the best solution in order to deliver it on time.

Regardless of the option chosen please always provide a contact number. It will speed up dispatch and will make it more reliable.

★ SHIPPING INSURANCE
Every shipped purchase will be covered by basic/standard insurance. If you would like to provide an extra protection to your packages against loss or damage during shipping you may choose optional insurance. If you wish to do so, please contact me.
I accept payments by:
• Credit Cards
• Etsy Gift Cards
If the delivered product would not suit your expectations, I will be glad to take it back.
If you wish to get a refund just:
• Contact me within 14 calendar days of delivery
• Ship undamaged item (you will have to pay for reshipment) back to me within 30 calendar days of delivery
I will return your money as soon I receive an undamaged item.
★ QUALITY & WARRANTY
I will never sell you an item that I won't buy by myself! All my items are checked, fine adjusted and well-oiled. They are well working and in perfect condition, ready to use. I pay a lot attention to our customer satisfaction. So if you have any issues, please contact me. It is my responsibility to make sure that you will be satisfied.
You may reserve items in my store. You can choose from two types of reservation:
• Free reservation for 1-7 days,
• Paid reservation for more than 7 days to one month max (you have to place 15% deposit),
Please be advised that my store does not accept cancellations.
★ FREIGHT DAMAGE, LOST ITEMS, CLAIMS
Typewriteralley is not liable for any damage or loss occurred during shipping. Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Please apply following procedure to avoid misunderstandings. When your order arrives please inspect the packaging and delivered item carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. I strongly recommended to carry out quick, working test to ensure that your typewriter reaches you undamaged in perfect working order. If any damage is discovered before or after unpacking the parcel, please take clear photos of the item and the damaged packaging, inform the courier or the agency and contact me immediately (within first 48 hours after delivery maximum). If you don't receive your parcel at all please inform me about it too in mentioned above time. In the first case, I will contact with freight agency and put the claim. In the second case, first I will contact with freight agency and I will try to figure it out (sometimes it is it's a matter of a mistake, wrong zip code, or delay ect.) If that doesn't fix the problem I will have to put a claim too. Please be advised that claim processing could take up to one month.

★ ARE YOUR TYPEWRITERS READY TO USE?
All of my typewriters are in perfect working condition. They are cleaned, oiled and double checked. I repair them and replace broken parts if necessary. I install a new ribbon and test every typewriter very thoroughly (typing test is also included) to be sure that it works smoothly without any defects. All typewriters are ready to use out of the box!
★ DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? E.G. USA, CANADA OR OTHER FAR DESTINATIONS?
I ship worldwide. My typewriters are especially popular in the United Sates. You can always check if your destination is on my shipping list. I'm sure it is!
★ WILL MY TYPEWRITER SURVIVE ITS JOURNEY IN A GOOD CONDITION?
I'm sure it will. I always pay attention to packing. I send typewriters in cardboard boxes. All moving parts of shipped typewriters are blocked. I use several layers of bubble wrap to extra protection. For shock absorbing all the empty space in the packages are filled by packing filler. The final layers consist of plastic wrap. Finally, I always add fragile stickers.
